Does this header ask the user for camera or location permission?
No. It sets an upper policy boundary; the browser's ordinary user permission prompt may still be required inside that boundary.
Is Permissions Policy Builder private to use?
Yes. Security values and pasted configuration data are processed locally and are not sent to Toolnera or external targets.
